Michigan State Industries warranties our Wood Furniture products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.  At MSI's discretion, we will repair, replace or provide a credit for any Wood Furniture product that is returned to MSI and, upon examination, determined to be defective.

This warranty does not apply to damage incurred during shipment by common carrier or accident, negligence, abuse or alteration. The customer needs to file a claim with the carrier for damages incurred during shipment by common carrier.

(Standard - Normal Usage)

• 5 years - Wood veneer and exposed wood components
• 3 years - Laminate material for tops
• 1 year - Casters, glides, drawer and door mechanisms, keyboard supports, and replacement parts
• 1 year - Custom design, non-catalog, and special made products
