Michigan State Industries warranties our Metal Furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.  At MSI's discretion, we will repair, replace or provide a credit for any Metal Furniture item that is returned to MSI and, upon examination, determined to be defective.

This warranty does not apply to damage incurred during shipment by common carrier or accident, negligence, abuse or alteration. The customer needs to file a claim with the carrier for damages incurred during shipment by common carrier.

(Standard - Normal Usage)

• 5 years - Lateral and Vertical file cabinets.
• 2 years - Metal School Lockers  
• 1 year - Custom design, non-catalog, and special made products.
