Products and Services

MSI employs Staits Correctional Operations prisoners to produce garments and provide laundry services to state and various non-profit organizations. The laundry operation washes approximately 5.2 million pounds of laundry per year.

The facility's garment factory produces correctional officer summer coats, prisoner shorts, and a host of law enforcement tactical and ballistic vests as well as safety vests for schools. Additionally, this is our specialty factory, where small-run specialty items (including embroideries, duffle bags, briefcases, polo shirts, ppd holders, and hats) are produced.
