Institutional Style Mattresses 
                                       (Cotton Filled Mattress) 
Cotton filled Mattresses are produced using a Light Green Colored Sure-Chek 44, 12.5 oz Vinyl Ticking, filled with fire-retardant treated cotton and tufted with a nylon tuft with plastic ends to prevent cotton from shifting.  These tufts will not trigger metal detectors, or give a false reading when scanned and are visible on our outer tufted mattresses.  Inner tufted mattresses are also available and recommended for more sanitary concerns.  The "UT" series indicate un-tufted for those who prefer mattresses without tufts.

                                      Polyester Densified Mattresses 
This product is produced with all new material consisting of a 100% - 10 & 12 oz. Polyester Fiber Core; thermally bonded for stability and support that is odor free, non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and moisture resistant.  Cover consists of an easy care 3 ply light green colored Sure-Chek 44, 12.5 oz. Vinyl Ticking that is antistatic, hypo-allergenic, antimicrobial, fluid, stain and fire resistant.  Designed to be used in the confinement care industry and to provide customers with a less expensive alternative to the foam core mattresses.

The following mattress below consists of Neoprene Foam Core covered with a 12.5 oz. Light Green Colored Sure-Chek 44 Vinyl Ticking.  Neoprene is fire retardant treated polyurethane foam that meets all flammability standards.

                                    Innerspring Mattresses 
All MSI Spring Unit Mattress components consist of a polypropylene mesh netting covering the spring surface to prevent pocketing of cushioning materials, a 1.75 ounce resin-bonded insulator pad, 5 lbs. of boric acid treated cotton on each side, a  3/4", 1.5 density @ 32lbs. compression polyurethane topper on each side that meets CA 117 standards.   

                                         Coil Box Springs 
Standard Matching Box Springs consist of mounted coils or Semi Flex units on a  3/4" x 3-1/2" wood frame and are available for spring units and sizes as listed.   

                                   Standard  Innersprings 
Consist of a Bonnell 312 count, 13 gauge coils with a 5 turn configuration, secured  to a 6 gauge border rod around the entire perimeter of the unit. 

Quilted Spring Unit Mattresses

These units are covered with a special polyester/cotton blend quilted ticking that is produced under environmentally friendly conditions and treated to resist bacteria and dust mites which are commonly known to stimulate allergies.

                                 Smooth Top Spring Units 
This particular unit is covered with a Navy Colored Sure-chek FFB Vinyl Ticking that is Hypoallergenic, Antimicrobial, Anti-static, Fluid, Stain and Fire Resistant and is available with handles upon request.

Produced with an extensive tested 10.5 oz. Navy Colored Sure-Chek FR Shield 1633-210D Nylon Ticking that is hypoallergenic, anti-static, fluid, stain and fire resistant and exceeds all requirements of Federal Flammability Standard 16 CFR Part 1632 and 16 CFR Part 1633.  Hexagonal Roller Test Standard ASTM F1566-99 which simulates 10 years of mattress use (100,000 cycles with a 240 lb. roller) with wear becoming noticeable only at the end of the roller testing.  Passes Liquid Penetration Standard ASTMD751/A and passes Anti-microbial Standard NYS63.

Produced with a 9.5 oz. Navy Colored SureChek FFB Vinyl Ticking that is Hypoallergenic, Antimicrobial, Anti-static, Fluid, Stain, and Fire Resistant; inverted side seams with no top or bottom stitching. 

                                  Hospital Innerspring Units 
This particular line consists of an Offset Free End Spring Unit for flexibility and comfort, covered with a 9.5 oz. Navy Colored Sure-Chek FFB Vinyl Ticking that is Hypoallergenic, Antimicrobial, Anti-static, Fluid, Stain and Fire Resistant.  The "H" series indicate mattresses with handles.

MSI Pressure Reduction Polyurethane Core mattress is covered with an integrity 30 flame barrier enclosed with a Teal/Black colored Sure-Chek Fusion Ticking which is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, hypoallergenic and features a four way stretch capability to ensure minimal friction and resistance for user.

Made from a 6.75 oz. polyester fiber encased with a 50/50 blend of   cotton/polyester sheeting.  Patterns consists of 2" seams running in one direction with two safety stitch seams and surged edges.  1/2" thick.
