Richard Hitchcock was last seen on Dec. 22, 1990, leaving the Riverfront Lounge in Allegan, Mich. His vehicle was impounded a few days later from a nearby parking lot. He was reported missing on Dec. 28, 1990. To date, Mr. Hitchcock has not been located. He was 21 years old at the time of his disappearance and would be 40 years old today.
