Charles Starrett was reported missing on July 11, 1994. He was last seen on July 5, 1994, at his home in Allegan Mobile Estates and/or the Riverside Market in Allegan, Mich. To date, Mr. Starrett has not been located. He was almost 52 years old at the time of his disappearance and would be almost 67 years old today.
