Skull Reconstruction Unidentified black female found in Highland Park 11-03-03  

Victim: Black female  
Age:
40 - 45

The remains of a black female, aged 40 - 45, were found in an abandoned house in Highland Park. Victim had a gunshot wound to her head and both of her hands were removed above the wrist. The jewelry found with the victim included a handmade wire necklace that reads "DEBRA" and several rings that appear to be heirlooms.
