Age: Between 20 and 30
Height: Between 4'10" and 5'4"
Weight: Approximately 110 lbs.
Hair: Brown, shoulder length
Other: Pierced ears and straight teeth, possibly from orthodontic care. Victim was found on the shores of Lake Erie at the Monroe Power Plant on March 31, 1982.
