This training consists of basic narcotics training in using informants, laboratory testing, drug identification, courtroom testimony, fieldwork, technical equipment, and conspiracies.  This school is based on a practical scenario that develops and progresses through the week, incorporates a mock court trial, and discusses conspiracy cases.  Recommended for undercover officers who are preparing to enter a narcotics unit or who have less than 6 months experience with a narcotics unit.

REGISTRATION PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO MSP DRUG TASK FORCE TEAMS.  OTHER REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS AS OPENINGS ARE AVAILABLE.
