Wellness Seminars

The Employee Service Program offers presentations designed to increase knowledge and skills for employees, managers, and human resources staff to more effectively address common issues in today's work environment. Presentations are available on a variety of topics and provided at no cost at your worksite or by video conferencing. ESP presentations can be modified in length to fit the time available, generally between 30 and 90 minutes and also offered as Lunch & Learns. ESP may also be able to develop custom presentations on specific topics to meet the unique needs of a particular work location. Current session topics include:
