The following tool is provided to assist those entities interested in forming RSA-like partnerships, in evaluating their strengths and weaknesses or in assisting those already participating in an established RSA-like partnership to identify areas that might require continuous improvement.  This self-assessment tool can serve as a basis for dialogue and planning for a potential regional alliance/partnership to promote workforce and/or economic development in a specific industry sector.
