Experience the joy of giving foster care students the opportunity to attend college during an evening of extraordinary entertainment and exquisite food. A donation of $100 per person reserves your seat to attend the Fostering Futures Charity Benefit and includes a cocktail reception, dinner, silent auction and tours of historic Meadow Brook Hall.
All proceeds from the Fostering Futures event benefit MET's new Charitable Tuition Program, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide scholarships to foster care students at Michigan public colleges.

The 2012 MET Fostering Futures Charitable Events were a resounding success.
MET fund raising events
provided $21,800 to four Michigan universities with established programs to aid foster care youth: Western Michigan University, Michigan State University, Ferris State University and University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
Currently nine Michigan colleges and universities have implemented programs to help students who have aged out of the foster care system: Baker College – Flint, Eastern Michigan University, Ferris State University, Michigan State University, Saginaw Valley State University, University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, University of Michigan – Flint, Wayne State University and Western Michigan University.
