Proclamations are provided by the Governor's Office as a service to Michigan citizens to increase awareness of significant issues in Michigan.
To submit a proclamation or program book welcome letter request, please send a detailed e-mail to tributes@michigan.gov at least four weeks in advance of when the recognition is needed.
The decision to issue these letters and documents is completely at the discretion of the governor and his staff.
