A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Allen Boethcher, #151014

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 21, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Allen Boethcher, #151014. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.

Allen Boethcher is serving a 2y - 4y sentence for the crime of Resisting and Obstructing a Police Officer Causing Injury. He was sentenced on April 5, 2007 from Monroe County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
