A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Leonard Stafford, #105457

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Leonard Stafford, #105457.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Leonard Stafford is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance Over 650 Grams. He was sentenced on December 7, 1998 from Kalamazoo County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
