A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence of William Bennett, #145868

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of William Bennett, #145868. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

William Bennett is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.  He was sentenced on June 24, 1976 from Wayne County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
