A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Levonne Roberts, #129182

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 31, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Levonne Roberts, #129182. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.

Levonne Roberts was sentenced on March 13, 1985 from Wayne County to Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
