MDOT to host open house for M-57 project in Greenville

WHAT: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will host an open house-style meeting for residents and stakeholders regarding upcoming construction on M-57 in Kent and Montcalm counties.

BACKGROUND: During the 2010 construction season, MDOT will make improvements on M-57 in Oakfield and Eureka townships from Morgan Mills Avenue east to Satterlee Road. Work is planned to include resurfacing, the addition of a center left-turn lane, and drainage and safety upgrades.

Business owners and interested residents are encouraged to stop by to provide input and review the project with MDOT staff before the design is completed.
