A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Joseph Gill, #122836

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Joseph Gill, #122836.  It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Joseph Gill is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on April 29, 1969 from Genesee County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
