A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Forrest Henley, #168854

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 10, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Forrest Henley, #168854.  It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Forrest Henley is serving a term of 35y-65y for the crime of Armed Robbery and a term of 50y-75y for the crime of Armed Robbery. He was sentenced on April 20, 1982 and May 13, 1982 respectively from Genesee County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
