A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Charmel Allen, #167734

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Charmel Allen, #167734. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.

Charmel Allen is serving a 30y-45y sentence for the crime of 3rd Assault With Intent to Murder. She was sentenced on April 25, 1991 from Genesee County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
