A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Dwight Rashad, #167631

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 21, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Dwight Rashad, #167631. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Dwight Rashad is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Possession of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine.  He was sentenced on May 14, 2004 from Wayne County.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
