A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Bennie Leflore, #206299

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Bennie Leflore, #206299.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Bennie Leflore is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Possession of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine.  He was sentenced on September 27, 1990 from Oakland County.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
