A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Debra Carattoni, #166627

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Debra Carattoni, #166627. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.

Debra Carattoni is serving a 2y-5y sentence for the crime of Embezzlement - Agent/Trustee Greater than $1,000 less than $20,000. She was sentenced on December 3, 2002 from Kent County. Ms. Carattoni is also serving a 6y4m-21y sentence for the crime of Embezzlement - Agent/Trustee Greater than $1,000 less than $20,000 3rd Offense. She was sentenced on December 15, 2005 from Oakland County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
