A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Mendosa Garcias-Marcos, #447958

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Mendosa Garcias-Marcos, #447958.  It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Mendosa Garcias-Marcos is serving a term of 15y-25y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on March 21, 2003 from Muskegon County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
