Job Description

Designs, plans, and implements a company's/organization's compensation programs, policies, and procedures.  Performs on-site evaluation (work audits), and prepares compensation and benefits analyses for the claims. Interprets laws and regulations, determines appropriate courses of action, and presents solutions to resolve the claims. Interfaces with employees, managers, insurance carriers, medical personnel, and attorneys. May provide data for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-related reporting, if necessary.
