Job Description

Installs, maintains, configures, and supports an organization's NT operating systems and related software to ensure stable performance. Maintains and monitors network hardware and software. Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability to all system users. Troubleshoots networking and operating systems problems. Develop backup and recovery strategy and performs daily backups. Plans, coordinates, and implements network security measures. Evaluates and develops usage of telecommunication systems, while investigating new tools and products. May supervise other network support and client server specialists .
