Find Environmental Regulations?

The Environmental Assistance Division (EAD), Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) offers assistance to the regulated community needing consultation to comply with statutes and rules administered by each of the regulatory divisions within the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). Through the Environmental Assistance Center, a single point of entry into all DEQ environmental programs, you can obtain answers to environmental questions, referrals to technical staff, learn about training opportunities, and request various publications be sent to you.
