Find information about Children's Protective Services?

Children's Protective Services (CPS) has responsibility to investigate allegations that a child under the age of 18 is suspected of being abused or neglected by a parent, legal guardian or adult who lives in the same home as the child (defined in the law as "person responsible for the child's health or welfare").
