"Ask the DNR" returns to WNMU-TV Channel 13 in the Upper Peninsula Thursday, Dec. 3, at 8 p.m. The show will focus on questions related to the upcoming ice fishing and snowmobiling seasons as well as a wrap-up of the fall hunting seasons.

The hour-long program, which airs six times a year, features a panel of Department of Natural Resources staff taking questions from viewers by phone and e-mail. Thursday's show will feature Conservation Officer Jerry Fitzgibbon, Wildlife Biologist Craig Albright, Fisheries Supervisor Steve Scott and Recreation Specialist Ron Yesney.

Viewer questions can be phoned in during the live broadcast at 800-227-9668, or e-mailed to munsonbadinid@michigan.gov by 5 p.m. on Dec. 3. Every question is answered, even if calls need to be made to viewers after the program concludes.

The episode is underwritten in part by Safari Club International.

"Ask the DNR" is produced on WNMU-TV 13, the public television station in Marquette. It is aired on public television stations throughout the Upper Peninsula and northeastern Wisconsin. Please consult local television listings for replay times for the program.
