Want to get in shape this summer? Join Sonia for a Beach Fitness Class at beautiful Orchard Beach State Park. This 6 week series will encourage the utilization of one's environment for a well-rounded workout. Be prepared for cardio, muscle building, strength training and fun. The class has been developed for ages 15 and up. Please wear appropriate workout gear or a bathing suit/shorts (Bikini's not recommended). Towels, water, tennis shoes and headphones are recommended. Participants may sign up for the 6 week series (May 18th-June 22) for $55.00 or may drop in for $10.00 a class. Cash or check payments are to be made to the instructor before the class begins.
