Workouts will include cardio, strength training, boot camp, Pilates and yoga and is designed for all fitness levels. The hour-long sessions will all include warm-up, workout and cool-down as well as modifications and advancements for each exercise.

Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothes they can move around in, bring plenty of water to drink and either a yoga mat or towel to each workout. You may wish to get a physical before attending, but should be able to do basic exercise moves such as push-ups, squats, lunges, sit-ups etc.
