Fort Custer Recreation Area--Fresh Air Fit: Feel Good Yoga

Come out to Eagle Lake for a beautiful outdoor yoga adventure for all experience levels, no experience necessary! Designed by certified personal trainer Sheryle Sage from the Kalamazoo Athletic Club, this class will focus on deep breathing, gentle flows & basic poses, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Limited mats are available on a first come, first serve basis. No mat? A large towel will work as well.

Cost: $7 drop in rate - make payment with cash or check to Sheryle at the event.
