MDOT to switch US-127 BR traffic signal to flash mode

PROJECT DETAILS:
Crews are scheduled to switch a traffic signal, located on US-127 BR (Superior Street) at Woodworth Avenue in the city of Alma, to two-way flash mode for a minimum of 90 days. During this time, the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will conduct a study to reevaluate the safety and operational effectiveness of the intersection and traffic signal.

TRAFFIC IMPACT:
Motorists may experience short delays as the signal is reprogrammed and signs are installed.
