Where to find information about Medicare Part D Pharmacy Plans

The Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage benefit, commonly called Medicare Part D, begins January 1, 2006. This new federal benefit affects Michigan Medicaid beneficiaries or any individual who is eligible for or enrolled in Medicare.

Below are some helpful phone numbers should individuals or pharmacies have questions about Medicare Part D enrollment or prescription issues.

If you have Medicare

Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program (MMAP) 1-800-803-7174 or www.mymmap.org.

If you have Medicaid and Medicare
