Lt. Governor to Launch Initiative to Grow Business, Increase Regulatory Efficiency

September 11, 2013 - After more than two years transforming state government, Michigan has become a leader in implementing positive changes for business. However, state government still has too many delays, duplicative forms and impractical regulations and practices hurting Michigan’s businesses.

To address these issues and discuss the positive impacts of recent Good Government regulatory reforms, Lt. Governor Brian Calley, Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Director Steve Arwood and other local area business leaders are holding a business roundtable on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 4 p.m.
