How do I know if my filing was accepted?
 
Answer:
The filing office will return an acknowledgement copy of the filing. The UCC information management system automatically generates an acknowledgement copy. Please submit a single copy of each financing statement you wish to file. 

 

If you did not find the information you need, enter a descriptive word or phrase in the Search field located in the upper right corner or send us an e-mail and we will help you get the information you need.
