  Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
Do I use separate forms to enter UCC1 debtor and secured party information?
 
Answer:
No. The wizard offers radio buttons for debtor and secured party. After completing debtor information, select "Add Secured Party".  Complete the secured party information before continuing to the collateral section. At least one debtor and one secured party must be entered for each UCC1. Multiple debtor or secured party names on one financing statement may be entered in the same manner, if required.
