How do I get off this data entry screen?
 
Answer:
The back arrow on the browser does not reliably go back to the previous screen. If you are trapped on a data entry screen, follow these steps: Enter a random letter or word in all remaining fields. Select the "Enter Collateral" button. You will have an opportunity to edit or delete this information later, from the Verification page.

 

If you did not find the information you need, enter a descriptive word or phrase in the Search field located in the upper right corner or send us an e-mailand we will help you get the information you need.
