General Election Ballot Finalized; Certifications
Released Today: All pending matters related to the finalization of the
November 2, 2004 general election ballot were finalized today. With the
finalization of the ballot, the following items and information are being
distributed by mail to all county clerks and ballot printers throughout the
state. The information can also be accessed through the Secretary of

- Statewide proposal language
- Ballot instructional language
- Ballot proofing procedures
