Important Information Regarding Project Vote

Survey Efforts for Project Vote: The State of Michigan is currently in litigation with Project Vote regarding provisional ballot procedures.

It has come to our attention that Project Vote is conducting a telephone survey with clerks around the state.  The survey is attempting to have clerks respond on the spot to questions regarding how they are administering provisional ballots  (both issuing and tabulating).

There is no requirement for you to answer the questions on the survey.  If you choose to respond, be sure to review all of the procedures provided by the Bureau of Elections before answering the questions.
