Extended Help Desk Hours: In
support of the May 3, 2005 election, please be advised that the QVF Help Desk
will be open on Saturday, April 30, 2005 from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm and on
Election Day from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
New QVF Helpdesk Telephone
Support Routing System: To better serve our clientele, a new
call routing system is scheduled to go into effect on Monday, April 25,
2005. The new system is expected to shorten the customer wait time for
all incoming calls and help to ensure that calls are more efficiently directed
to the proper staff persons for response.
This is how the new system will work. Immediately following the initial
greeting, callers will be given the following three options: “press 1” if
you are calling with a question regarding the functionality of the QVF
software; “press 2” if you would like to leave a message for the Help Desk
staff or; “press 0” if you are calling with a question regarding some other
election related issue. Pressing “0” will transfer the caller to our
Bureau receptionist who will ascertain which division, section or staff member
the call should be directed to for response.
To help us better serve you, please direct
your calls accordingly:
