INCORRECT FAX TELEPHONE NUMBER: We recently sent out a memo on missing village and school polling locations that contained the incorrect fax telephone number for the response that was included on the bottom of the memo. This memo was sent to certain City, County, Township and Village Election Officials that were found to have missing polling locations in the QVF. If you received this memo and are trying to respond, please try to re-fax your response. (See example at the bottom of this NYCU.) The correct fax number for QVF is 517-241-1591.
