AutoMARK Troubleshooting Guides:  Two documents designed to assist you in troubleshooting technical issues related to the AutoMARK voter assist terminals are attached for your review.  We hope that you find the documents helpful.  Both documents were distributed at the refresher training programs recently conducted in a number of counties throughout the state.  Please note that the documents can be accessed through the Department of State's website www.michigan.gov/sos.

Election Day AutoMARK Support: Please direct all AutoMARK support calls to the ES&S Michigan Call Center.  The Call Center, which will be staffed by 20 ES&S representatives, will remain open on November 7 until all calls have been resolved.  As an alternative, you may contact the ES&S Help Desk.  An additional 20 site support staff members will be available to provide on-site support within 2 hours following receipt of a call.  Each site support staff member will have 4 ? 5 replacement terminals which can be installed within 1 hour if the problem cannot be corrected through other means.

If you experience a problem with a tabulator during the course of the November 7 general election, immediately contact the vendor representing the brand of optical scan system employed within your jurisdiction.  Up to date vendor contact information is provided below.

If you are unable to get through to a support staff person at any of the vendor support phone numbers provided, please contact the Bureau of Elections at 1-800-292-5973 or you may e-mail us at Elections@Michigan.gov.  A member of our staff will work with you to ensure that you receive the support needed.
