--Attention All QVF Customers--

If you have not accessed the QVF Statewide Look-up since October 23, please do so immediately!  Due to the anticipated high volume usage of this site on November 7, we recently established a new site that is equipped to handle the increased activity.  According to our records, there are a number of counties and local jurisdictions that are still using the old QVF Statewide Look-up Address.  Going to the newly established site today will ensure that you will be able to access the new site on election day. 

Please replace your old Statewide Look-up bookmark and link with the new address.  The new address is https://services1.sos.state.mi.us/qvf/main.asp.   Also, please note that when accessing this site, you must include an ?s" in the address, i.e., https:// instead of using the standard http://.

The following instructions are offered to assist you in book-marking the new address or saving it as your homepage:

To bookmark the new URL (website address):

1.  Click on the new URL for Statewide Lookup or type the URL into the Address Bar of Internet Explorer.

2.  Click on ?Favorite," then click on ?Add to Favorites."

3.  Statewide Lookup should now be saved as one of your    Favorites.

To save the new URL (website address) as your homepage:

1.  Click on the new URL for Statewide Lookup or type the URL    into the Address Bar of Internet Explorer.

2.  Click on ?Tools," then click on ?Internet Options."

3.   In the Internet Options window, inside the ?Homepage" box, click the ?Use Current" button.

4.   Statewide Lookup should now be the homepage when Internet Explorer is opened.

If you have forgotten your username and password or need to have your username and password reinstated, please contact the QVF Help Desk at 1-800-310-5697. 

ES&S Michigan Call Center Will Be Open On Saturday:  The Call Center will be open on Saturday, November 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  The Call Center will also be open on Monday, November 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Tuesday, election day, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Please do not hesitate to contact the Call Center if you have any questions or concerns regarding your AutoMARK Voter Assist Terminals, M100 and 650 Tabulators or EMS software.

Extended QVF Help Desk Hours: The QVF Help Desk will be open on Saturday, November 4, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  On-call support will also be available on Friday, November 3, Saturday November 4, Sunday, November 5 and Monday, November 6 until midnight each evening. 

The QVF Help Desk will be open on Tuesday, election day, from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Extended Bureau of Elections Hours:  The Bureau of Elections will be open on Tuesday, election day from 6:30 a.m. to midnight.  Please contact our offices if you have any questions regarding Michigan election law or related election day issues.
