AutoMARK Programming Reminders: The following
pointers are offered for election officials performing AutoMARK programming in
AIMS for the Presidential Primary:
Michigan Header Graphic - The State of Michigan provides a graphic header
.bmp file for AutoMARK programming purposes. To obtain this graphic navigate to
the web address provided below:

Click on the following link:

Right click on the graphic and select "save
as" to save the .bmp file

Inside AIMS select "Election" at the top then
"Machine Settings."

At the bottom is the header graphic
selection.

Just navigate to the saved Michigan graphic
header to insert the graphic.

State Pronunciation Guide
- The State of
Michigan also provides phonetic pronunciations for all Presidential Primary
candidates. This listing can be obtained by navigating to the following link on
the web.

Inside the Candidate Editor in AIMS, Select
the paper icon after the arrows called "Edit this line."

In the next window select the speaker icon,
then edit at the far right.

In the bottom box called "Translation
Phonetic" copy and paste the phonetic spelling of the candidate's name from the
State's document.

You will need to do this for each
Presidential Primary candidate.
