2008. In addition, the warranty on all state purchased M100 tabulators
delivered in 2005 will also expire on December 31, 2008.

warranty expiration date.
State Voting
System Security Timeframe:
If you have tabulators in need of repair and the Election Day program/memory
units are still sealed inside, the program/memory units may be removed and
sealed into an approved container. As always, the removal and sealing must be
witnessed and attested to by two election officials who have expressed
different political party affiliations.
November 4
General Election Voter History Deadline:
The deadline to
enter voter history for the November 4 general election is Friday, December 19th.
The information presented in the Voter Turnout Report is based on a snapshot
of the voter history entered prior to the 45th day following the
election. Therefore, while voter history entered after this deadline will
still be reflected in the individual voter records and reports produced
through the Custom Voter List module, it will not be reflected in the
QVF Voter Turnout Report, which is the "official" statistical record for your
jurisdiction.
Once the voter history
has been entered, it will be necessary for your QVF server to complete a 2-day
replication cycle before the voter history will be reflected in the Voter
Turnout Report. Initiating multiple manual replications will not expedite
this process.
If you are the clerk of
a jurisdiction that does not have direct access to the QVF, it is recommended
that you work with your county clerk to ensure that this task is completed by
the above deadline.
