Section 16 of the Michigan Campaign Finance Act, MCL 169.216(8), requires the Secretary of State to report committees that have failed to respond to a "Notice of Error or Omission" (E&O) or "Notice of Failure to File" (FTF) to the Attorney General (AG). The following is a list of committees that have been referred to the Attorney General in accordance with this provision.

Section 13 of the Lobby Registration Act, MCL 4.423(5), requires the Secretary of State to report lobbyists and lobbyist agents that have failed to respond to a "Notice of Error or Omission" (E&O) or "Notice of Failure to File" (FTF) to the Attorney General (AG). The following is a list of lobbyists and lobbyist agents that have been referred to the Attorney General in accordance with this provision.
