Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land unveils the state’s first Great Lakes Protection Fund Decal during a news conference at Anchorage Marina, Holland. Proceeds from decal sales will help combat invasive pests such as zebra mussels in the Great Lakes and other Michigan waters.
