What actions should I take if I am having replication problems?
 
Answer:
If your computer has not been replicating automatically, close all programs. Go to the icon on your desktop entitled AUTODIALFIX. (If you do not have this icon on your desktop, you can download this patch program from our troubleshooting section of the Web site.) Double-click on that icon, then click on PROCEED. This will adjust your computer files and reboot your computer. When the system comes back up, wait 20 seconds from the time you see your icons. Then double-click on the QVF SERVER MANAGER. If the computer dials Michnet, then run the manual replication by clicking on UPDATE SERVER NOW. Before you click on UPDATE SERVER NOW you will get a warning message telling you that all programs must be closed before running this. Click on OK and continue. If this procedure is not successful, or for all other replication problems, contact the Help Desk at (800) 310-5697.
